How does she ride? I am riding a 1967 Hercules 3 speed. I love the ride but she's a little rusty and beaten and I want to upgrade. The Handsome Devil and Kogswell seem to be the two best choices and I am trying to decide how to proceed.

I hadn't hear about the Stupor Bowl. Sounds funner than the Super Bowl.
But I did go the bike race at the Art Shanty's on Sunday. I should be done with a blog on it, tonite. FYI, you can still go to the championship on the 14th.

congrats on the new coop-ownership at the hub and for the decision to sally forth in real estate! i have not heard that phrase in a long time (maybe since robin williams played popeye?) but keep using it and keep selling homes on bikes, but not homes built on bikes, although that is an idea.

When I was at UC-Davis, they had a bike rental/repair shop on campus where students could rent, buy, fix, or work on bikes. It was very convenient. Also, the school could hire/train high school kids who are seeking vocational/tech experience.
